The Academy After School Program Begins January 9th, 2012!
- The Academy after school program is an off campus instructional, structured, healthy, and fitness/athletic based after school program alternative. See Afterschool Program Flyer under site contents on the left hand side of this page.
- The Academy after school program begins immediately after school at both SEES and SEMS. Students will meet their leader at a designated meeting location on campus, where attendance will be taken, before being chaperoned on foot off campus to San Elijo Community Parks/Fields. The program ends at 6:00pm and all students will be picked up at a designated location off campus each day. Students can be picked up earlier, however any early pick ups need to be clearly communicate to The Academy so appropriate arrangements can be made with staff.
- On rain days or bad weather days, students will be taken to a indoor San Elijo location. At one of these locations, and on these days, students will have the opportunity to complete homework, complete art projects, or participate in structured indoor games. Parents will receive multiple communications on these days to ensure they are aware that students are being moved indoors, and to ensure that they are aware of the designated indoor pick up location.
- Students participating in The Academy after school program should plan to have an after school snack/water with them.

Program Rates & Information:
Monthly: $12/day BEST VALUE!
This option is best for working parents who are in need of enrolling their child in an after school program every day of the week. Parents can choose autopay to have their registration renewed each month for less hassle.
Weekly: $15/day
This option is best for parents that want to enroll their child in an after school program for 3-5 days per week, but do not need after school care for their child every week.
Daily: $20/day NEED A FLEXIBLE OPTION?
This option is best for parents who would like the ability to choose any day in each month, without the hassle of being locked in to a weekly or monthly option. Parents can choose 3 or less days per week. Whatever your schedule, just pay for the days you need!
To enroll your child in this program, please see the after school registration form, calendar, and credit card authorization form under site contents on the left hand side of this form. Please fill out the registration form, mark the days on the calendar your are enrolling your child, and complete the credit card authorization form.
